The commander-in-chief of rocket forces: it will be difficult to keep the agreement about missile defence

The commander-in-chief of rocket forces Vladimir Yakovlev considers that it will be rather difficult for Moscow to keep the agreement of Russia and USA about missile defence, signed in 1972. “Taking into consideration the recalcitrance of US, standing up for its positions concerning the state’s vital interests in the international scene, I suppose that it will be difficult to make a constructive and useful for Russia decision about the further destiny of the agreement about the limitation of missile defence systems”, - says the commander, cited by “Interfax”.
