Ziuganov is against the military reform

Yesterday a siting of the RF Security Council under the leadership of Putin took place. The decision to decrease the numerical strength of the army was made unanimously. Mikhail Kasianov expounded the point of view of the president and the government to Gennadiy Ziuganov. In Yetsin’s epoch “anti-national” PM wouldn’t gave such a treat to the Communists leader. Ziuganov retold their conversation to journalists. In his usual manner he explained that he did not like the idea of forthcoming decrease of the armed forces. According to him, the military reform requires great expense. “There is no such money in the budget. It is not a reform, but the destruction of the army”, - he says.
