Kasianov signs a decree about “immediate measures on reconstruction of oil-and-gas complex in Chechen republic”

Russian PM Mikhail Kasianov signed a decree about “immediate measures on reconstruction of oil-and-gas complex in Chechen republic”. According to the decree “Rosneft” is to set up a branch establishment “Grozneftegaz” in the territory of Chechnya. 49 per cent of its shares will carry over to the Chechen administration, “ITAR-TASS” reports. Besides, the Ministry of Natural Resources is empowered to grant to “Rosneftegaz” short-term licences for the using of resources in the territory of Chechnya. Right of user of resources will be granted to the company in future.
