The State Duma is searching for the way out of the crisis in the Near East

The State Duma of Russia adopted the statement about the development of the situation in the Near East, prepared by the members of the Committee for Foreign Affairs. 331 deputes voted for the document 1 voted against and 2 abstained from voting. It is marked in the document that the deputes of the State Duma find it necessary to proceed with searching for the way out of the crisis in the Near East. The State Duma called for the Israel authorities “to follow the achieved agreements and not to allow aggravation of the confrontation and extremism”. The deputes declared for the advisability of the forming of “international committee being led by co-sponsors of the Near-Eastern peace process”.
