This time Putin really congratulated Costunica

According to the press-service of Vladimir Putin, the President sent his congratulation to Vojslav Costunica on his official taking up the presidential duties. This time it was a real congratulation, but not an expression of hope for Costunica’s common sense, which was taken by some American informational agencies and their guide US State Secretary Madeleine Albright for a sentence on Slobodan Milosevic. In the congratulation Putin expressed a confidence that friendly relationships between Russia and Yugoslavia would develop further. Putin also said that Russia would strive for returning of Yugoslavia into international association as an equal member and for lifting of all external sanctions.
