DUMA AWAITS YUGOSLAV CONSTITUTIONAL COURT’S RULING

The Duma’s Council has put off taking the decision on whether to send advisers to the runoff round of the presidential elections in Yugoslavia, Russian parliament’s chairman Seleznyov has said. In his words, the Duma’s Council has decided to wait until the final ruling of Yugoslavia’s Constitutional Court is announced making clear whether 1st round’s results should be validated or annulled.
