An interstate exhibition devoted to the 10th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States will open in the All-Russian Exhibition Centre (VVTs), Moscow, on Monday. The aims of the exhibition are to show the stages of implementation of the CIS development programme for the period till 2005 and the CIS achievements within 10 years and to establish favourable conditions for the development of close business cooperation. Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan are participating in the exhibition. The exposition will widely represent interstate corporations, financial and industrial groups, unions of commodity producers, territorial and branch associations, financial, leasing and insurance companies, industrial and agricultural enterprises and organisations of the CIS market infrastructure. The programme of the exhibition includes conferences, round-tables, presentations, business meetings and various cultural events, for instance, concerts of CIS national ensembles.
