Russian President Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting of the State Council's board in the Kremlin today. This meeting will be devoted to problems of small and medium-sized businesses, the president's press service reported. Governor of the Leningrad region Valery Serdyukov, who is also the head of the State Council's working group, will make a report at the meeting. Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin, Economy Minister German Gref, Anti-monopoly Minister Ilya Yuzhanov and presidential advisor on economic issues Andrey Illarionov are expected to take part in this meeting. The whole State Council will consider problems of small and medium-sized businesses at a meeting tomorrow.
