TNK International net income may be $1.5bn for 2002

According to preliminary data, the net income of the TNK International may amount to about $1.5bn for the year 2002 in accordance with GAAP. This information was reported to journalists by Iosif Bakalaynik, the Vice President of the Tyumen Oil Company.

As expected, the company's sales proceeds exceeded $5bn, EBITDA was $2.2bn, oil production volume amounted to 37m tons last year.
