A forum called 'Economic and Investment Partnership: Kaliningrad - an Open Window on Russia' begins tomorrow in Brussels. According to the Kaliningrad mayor's press office, the meeting will be attended by Silvia Gurova, the deputy mayor and head of Kaliningrad's department of international connections. Gurova will give a paper on opportunities for private companies to invest in Kaliningrad.
Other papers on the conditions for successfully doing business in Russia will be given by Andre de Rijk and Wim Van Breusegem, representatives of Belgian business in Moscow. 30 Belgian companies have confirmed that they will be taking part in the forum. The event is organised by the Belgian Chamber of Trade and Industry and the country's trade representation in Russia.
