Aircraft salon was successful for Volga-Dnepr company

Volga-Dnepr has become the only Russian aircraft company whose pavilion on Farnboro-2002 exhibition was visited by prince Michel of Kent.

The exposition of the Russian company was showed to the prince by the president of Volga-Dnepr company, Alexei Isaikin and commercial director Valery Gabriel. According to the spokesman of the company, they told to the high visitors about the company international projects, and about its unique possibilities in transporting large-calibre loads.

According to Alexei Isaikin, the aircraft salon in Farnboro was very successful for the company. It managed to strengthen its old business contacts and establish some new ones. The workers of the company carried out some working meetings with partners and customers.

During the aircraft salon, the company signed a contract about selling the tenth cargo aircraft An-124-100M and started practical work for receiving a British aircraft certificate for An-124-100 aircraft. While the visit of the prince was a great finish of the working week.
