A Federal phantom took over the Krasnoyarsk Coal Company

Russian Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov is threatening to prove to the whole business society of Russia, how easy it is to bankrupt successful companies. Well, such things happen in the county almost every day, but they apparently do not report about that to the Office of the Prosecutor General. It has recently become known that the owner of the Krasnoyarsk Coal Company (KCC) is not MDM Group, but some unknown investment chamber. In addition to that it turned out that the chamber disappeared as well as its assets.

The South-Siberian department for the anti-monopoly policy had to stop proceedings about the violation of law, which happened during the process of vesting 76% of KCC’s stocks to the property of the Federal Investment Chamber. Officials realized that those infringements were nothing but a little thing in comparison with what really happened. There is no opportunity to investigate the whole matter now: the Federal Investment Chamber simply disappeared.

The mentioned department for the anti-monopoly policy found out that MDM Group did not own 76% of shares of the Krasnoyarsk Coal Company. There were only 18.6% of shares of the “regional” shareholding registered at MDM Bank, the remaining 76% are registered at some Federal Investment Chamber, which is allegedly registered in the city of Petrozavodsk in the Karelia republic of Russia. This chamber actually represents non-residents’ interests – offshore companies, the structure of which permanently changes.

No one knows, where to search for the federal phantom: in Moscow, or maybe in Bahamas? These proceedings were stopped, but there were new ones instituted instead – on the fact of forming the control stock of shares without the consent of an anti-monopoly body.

At present moment JSC Krasnoyarsk Coal Company does not have any assets now with the exception for some computers, and an office. Experts say that it was necessary for the creation of the new price policy, the price on coal is rising.
