Today, RAO UES placed RUR3bn (about $94.56m) in its bonds on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), the Trust and Investment Bank (DIB), which was the organizer of the issue, reported to RBC.
The issue of documentary interest-bearing bearer bonds of RAO UES consists of three million securities RUR1,000 (about $31.52) each. The bonds' maturity is 1,095 days. There will be six coupon payments on April 22, 2003, October 22, 2003, April 21, 2004, October 21, 2004, April 21, 2005, and October 21, 2005. The coupon interest rate is 15 percent annually.
