President Putin: General Staff to Receive New Instruction as to Use of Military Force

Today, President Putin had a meeting with Russia's key ministers. He said that, 'Russia will not go for any deals with terrorists and will not budge to any pressure'. President further said that if anyone ever tried to use weapons of mass destruction against Russia, the response would be 'adequate to the threat and the same kinds of blows will be delivered against the perpetrators, the organisers of their crimes, and their financial instigators at any place whatever where they may be found'.

President further said that the General Staff would receive instructions as to 'altering their plans as concerns the use of military force' today. Mr. Putin asked the ministers in attendance to submit their considerations as based on the analysis of the situation in Moscow during the passed days.
