Indian actress Karisma Kapoor marry her estranged husband

Indian actress Karisma Kapoor and her estranged husband are in western Indian's palm-fringed beach resort of Goa to attempt a reconciliation on their second wedding anniversary, media reports said Thursday. Photographs of Kapoor and her husband Sunjay Kapur disembarking from a plane in Goa with their 5-month-old daughter were on the front pages of The Times of India, The Indian Express and several other prominent newspapers.

Their wedding anniversary was Thursday.

Earlier this week, the couple told a New Delhi court they were making progress on other matrimonial issues.

The New Delhi High Court withdrew an order stopping the actress from taking her daughter to the United States without her husband's permission.

Kapoor, 31, is one of India's best-known actresses and comes from a family that has worked for generations in India's thriving film industry, dubbed "Bollywood", reports the AP. I.L.
