Secret Base Of Arab Mercenary Hattab Found And Destroyed

In the Shali district of Chechnya, the other day the federal forces have found and destroyed a big secret base of Arab mercenary Hattab, reported law enforcers on Thursday by telephone. On that base they found home-made explosive devices, a large amount of weapons and munitions, computers and Wahhabi literature. Commenting on this operation, the public relations centre of the Russian Security Service reported that a number of the latest special operations conducted against the heads of bandit units had substantially cut the financial streams from abroad meant for maintaining illegal armed units. At the present time, the system of control and cooperation between the heads of illegal armed units has been almost fully frustrated.
