A 10-year old child is wounded as a result of mortar shelling of Grozny, the capital of Chechnya

During the Saturday night unknown people shelled with mortars the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, the capital of Chechnya.

According to the information provided to RIA Novosti by the district militia department, one of the grenades hit the house of Movdat Akhmedova, a resident of Grozny. As a result of that her 10-year old son Magomed suffered shrapnel wounds. He was delivered to the 2nd municipal hospital with grave traumas. The investigation operative group is investigating the incident.

In addition to that in the Zavodskoi district of Grozny unknown people exploded the house of Nurzhan Danidov. Law enforcement authorities informed RIA Novosti that the house was completely demolished. Investigators of the district militia department are trying to establish people involved in this crime.
