May 2013 brings July heat to Moscow
According to Moscow's Weather Bureau (Gidrometeobyuro), abnormally hot weather, which is not typical for this period of the year in Russia, will last through Friday.
On May 14th, daytime temperatures in the Russian capital and the region were 10 degrees higher than the norm. According to weather forecasts, daytime temperatures in Moscow can reach 29 degrees above zero Centigrade on Thursday, May 16. On Friday, temperatures will drop to 25-26 degrees.
