Taliban Propose That Foreign Journalists Leave Regions Controlled By Them
The Taliban do not guarantee to foreign journalists safe stay at the town of Spinbaldak situated on the border with Pakistan. As the Pakistani newspaper Dawn wrote, representative of the Taliban Mullah Najibullah Sherzai proposed on Thursday that all the 50 foreign newsmen urgently leave Spinbaldak controlled by fundamentalists. A large group of journalists arrived at this town from the Pakistani city of Quetta. The Taliban showed to the representatives of foreign mass media destructions caused, as they said, by the US missile and bomb strikes.
