No diseases in Russian peacekeepers detected in Kosovo

The 1st stage of a medical check into the Russian peacekeepers has been completed in Kosovo. “So far there have been no facts established which could patently indicate sickness in our servicemen,” Lieutenant General Nikolai Staskov, deputy commander of Russia’s airborne troops, is quoted by Interfax as saying. According to the general, radiation safety experts from Russia’s defence ministry have starting working in the Russian-controlled sector of Kosovo.
