Russian president Vladimir Putin congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on the 10th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The press service of the head of state quotes the message of greetings as saying: "Marking this significant date, the fraternal Kazakh people may by right be proud of their successes achieved along a difficult road of building a democratic state.
