According to preliminary conclusions made by the Ukrainian state committee, the reason of the Ukrainian An-140 plane crash in Iran on December 23 was a considerable deviation from the plane’s landing scheme. This was said by Anatoly Myalitsa, the Minister of the Industrial Policy of Ukraine (who also chairs the state committee for the investigation of the air crash).

As the news agency Observer reported, the specialists of the interstate aviation committee in Moscow, came to similar conclusions. “The analysis of the plane’s flying trajectory showed that the plane deviated from the landing scheme, when it was starting the landing manoeuvre. This eventually resulted in the collision with a mountain,” a Moscow aviation specialist said.

The plane’s objects of information have already been decoded, including its flight recorder. In addition to that, scientists coordinated all the information that the plane contained and identified pilots’ voices. The decoding of the flight recorder did not show any system malfunction.

Specialists have already finished the preliminary analysis of the flight in the area of a flight control officer’s responsibility. All the works have been finished at the site of the crash, the fragments of the plane have been removed.
