EU justice commissioner arrives in Estonia for Schengen visa talks

Frattini arrived in Tallinn late Monday, and was set to meet Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and Justice Minister Rein Lang on Tuesday.

On Monday, he discussed Estonia's preparations to join the Schengen Treaty, the EU's passport-free zone, in a meeting with Interior Minister Kalle Laanet, according to the AP.
