The last, fourth turbine of the Yali hydroelectric power plant, built in Vietnam with Russian assistance, has reached its rated capacity. The hydro's first turbine was put into operation less than six months ago, in June. The construction of the 720-kilowatt plant continued for eight years. The plant will supply electricity to central Vietnam and the Thainguyen plateau.
