Relatives of those savaged in Benghazi to sue Clinton

Parents of two US citizens, who were killed during attack on the American Embassy in Benghazi in 2012, appealed to court, suing the Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Parents of Sean Smith, information management officer with the United States Foreign Service, and former CIA operative Tyrone Woods filed the lawsuit in the District of Columbia.

Clinton is accused of reckless handling of classified information, which contributed to death of their children, as well as further defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The plaintiffs also believe that Clinton's using of personal e-mail when she was a State Secretary could lead to the death of the American embassy's fellows.

In March Hillary Clinton claimed that the US lost no man during campaign in Libya. Thus, she probably forgot about those killed during attack in Benghazi.

Special committee of the US Congress House of Representatives has published a sensational report recently on investigation of the attack on the CIA base in the Libyan city of Benghazi, which had a status of diplomatic mission. As it turned out, the US authorities undertook no adequate measures. 4 US citizens, including an Ambassador in Tripoli Christopher Stevens, who criticized Obama's Administration policy and Hillary Clinton's in particular in the Middle East, were killed.
