Kosmicheskaya Svyaz state enterprise files lawsuit against NTV company
On Monday the Moscow arbitration court will try the lawsuit of the Kosmicheskaya Svyaz state unitarian enterprise against OAO NTV TV company. Kosmicheskaya Svyaz filed a lawsuit on March 16, 2001, asking to collect NTV's debt for using communication channels, as well as penalty sanctions for the overdue payment to the tune of more than $1.6 million. According to the arbitration statistics, over the past three years the Moscow arbitration court has tried about 40 lawsuits against NTV on collecting debts to different organisations, among them the enterprises broadcasting the TV channel's programmes.
