Sometimes love needs assistance. Frogs in a small British town feel such friendly aid. Frogs can not jump over rather high road obstacles. That is why authorities of the town have found a solution of the problem: special slopes, similar to the access ramps for invalid wheelchairs, have been installed. Now local frogs set out for dates at the pond with the help of the slopes.

Over the last three weeks amphibious-lover Nora Hook has helped not less than four hundreds of frogs “burning from love” to get over the street crossing. She has initiated support of the frog population in the town of Tainbridge-Davon. The authorities were attentive to the request and mounted special crossings for frogs. Moreover, the authorities even agreed to block off a part of the road in the town of Sheldon for this very reason as well. Indeed, love is not the thing to play with…
