The Giant 4-Kursk tandem has been set on four anchors, the RIA Novosti correspondent quotes Vladimir Navrotski, chief of the press service of the Northern fleet, as saying. To Navrotski, the tandem has been securely moored on all the four anchors on the Belokamenka roads in immediate proximity of the Roslyakovo floating dock.
