10 victims of Moscow terrorist act still unidentified

Of the victims of the terrorist act in Moscow, 10 remain unidentified, reported first deputy Moscow Mayor Lyudmila Shvetsova.

The victims in question must have come from other regions, said Shvetsova, adding that Moscow's Social Protection Committee kept receiving inquiries about the fate of relatives from different regions.

She stressed that the capital's social protection bodies were "ready to lend all necessary aid to victims' relatives." Such work has already been initiated, she said. Further identification efforts are due this week.

As of this moment, the authorities have identified 107 bodies, including 35 that were identified over the past 24 hours alone. The bodies are being identified with the help of photographs supplied by victims' relatives. Of the 35, however, 11 were identified "conditionally" and are yet to be identified by relatives.
