Rachel Uchitel Denies Affair with Tiger Woods

Rachel Uchitel, accused of having a fling with Tiger Woods, dwelled on the affair allegations in her new interview . She insist ed that two drug abusing "hookers" made up the story and sold it to the tabloids.

"This is ridiculous. Not a word of it is true," she tells the New York Post. "I told the [National] Enquirer and Star that it wasn't true. I told them not only did I have information to disprove the story, but I offered to take a lie-detector test."

Uchitel -- who is reported to have bragged to pals about her fling with Woods, 33 -- says an unidentified acquaintance who's spreading the rumors was allegedly paid $25,000 for her story and is also out for revenge.

"She had a personal reason to make this up," Uchitel says. "She got herself invited on a trip that I went on [to Europe]. She conducted herself in a manner that was so embarrassing that the trip ended after a day. It was a total nightmare. I saw her again last week in Vegas. I was embarrassed by her behavior. She fell down the stairs at the restaurant because she was so wasted. She's a train wrec , " Us Magazine reports.

It was also reported, Uchitel said Woods had been to the New York City club where she worked, and she did escort Woods and his group in and out, but that was the extent of their contact.

"I've always been the director of VIP services, that's my job -- to know these people, to have a relationship with them, to hang out with them. It doesn't mean I'm having sex with them or an affair with them. ... But Tiger and I are not friends. That's a whole different ballgame. I've only met him twice," Uchitel told the Post. "I have never spoken on the phone with Tiger Woods, or texted him, ever. ... I do not have sex with celebrities, and I have not had an affair with Tiger Woods."

Woods' reputed affair with Uchitel was first reported by the National Enquirer, but the allegation spread when the report was linked to Woods' bizarre early morning car crash last week -- an incident that Woods has so far refused to speak with police about, ABC News reports.

People Magazine quoted Rachel Uchitel as saying, "I don't want people like that around me. In my business, I am around celebrities and very rich people all the time. People look into it badly. People say all the time: 'Rachel only hangs out with celebrities and rich people.' It's my job. I work in the nightclub industry. Those are the people that come there, and the clients are my job."

Talk of the alleged affair ramped up after Woods, 33, was involved in a one-car accident near his home in Florida. Some speculated that Woods and wife Elin Nordegren were arguing fiercely about the alleged affair just before the crash.

"It's horrible to Tiger's family. His wife must feel horrible," Uchitel says. "The worst part of it, it's not true," People Magazine reports.
