A new research showed that young women who consume more than 800 micrograms of folate per day can reduce their risk of developing high blood pressure by almost a third compared to those who consume less than 200 micrograms a day.
Folate is a B-vitamin found in &to=http://english.pravda.ru/printed.html?news_id=13751' target=_blank>citrus fruits, tomatoes, leafy green vegetables such as spinach and romaine lettuce, and grain products.
