LUKoil directors approve dividend policies

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of LUKoil has approved the company's dividend policies, the press service of LUKoil reported. According to the approved document, the volume of funds allocated to dividend payments should not be lower than 15 percent of the company's net income calculated on the basis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. This figure is to be calculated in rubles at the exchange rate of the Russian Central Bank registered at the end of the reported period.
