Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday will receive former Japanese Prime Minister Ioshiro Mori.
As RIA Novosti was told in the Japanese Embassy in Moscow, at this informal meeting the sides will exchange views on the development of bilateral relations and international problems, including the situation surrounding the DPRK.
The embassy reported that on Wednesday Ioshiro Mori will visit the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He will be granted the diploma of the honorary doctor of the institute.
According to the data of RIA Novosti, the influential leader of the ruling liberal democratic party of Japan plans to discuss in Moscow the organisation of a new bilateral forum.
Ioshiro Mori, as is expected, will hand in the personal message from Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi.
The visit by Ioshiro Mori to Moscow will last till June 18.
