First Gazel Vehicle with Italian-made IVECO Engine Assembled at Gorky Plant

According to the Gorky Automobile Plant's press service, the first Gazel vehicle with an Italian-made IVECO engine has been assembled there with the participation of Italian automobile professionals.

The press service further said that four more such vehicles would leave the plant's assembly line by the end of this month. Under the present contract, IVECO will supply a total of 120 its diesel engines for Gazel small trucks. The engine is highly economical and meets the EURO-2 safety requirements.

In February, a total of over 14,000 vans, passenger cars, and trucks left the Gorky Plant's assembly line.
