MACEDONIA: AS ALBANIANS DEMAND A BETTER FUTURE, PRAVDA.RU EXPOSES THE BLATANT TRUTH

Albanians interviewed by western European press sources have declared that they have few prospects in Macedonia because they are discriminated against. It is reported that young Albanians, tired of centuries of oppression, have finally decided to take the law into their own hands and to fight for their freedom. Such a declaration would have the UCK (KLA) and NATO, no doubt, jumping for joy, were it true. Unfortunately for them, it is not. NATO would like to believe that the Albanians are teddy bears to take to bed with them but on closer analysis, after a balanced and objective look at the situation, Pravda.Ru can affirm the following: The Albanians in Macedonia have always been part of the national government since the country’s independence was proclaimed. The Albanians in Macedonia have their own primary schools. The Albanians in Macedonia have their own secondary schools. The Albanians in Macedonia pass exams more easily than Slavic Macedonians because they are an ethnic minority and they therefore need a lower pass rate to satisfy examiners. The Albanians in Macedonia have their own Pedagogical faculty. The Albanians in Macedonia have the right to religious (Moslem) holidays. The Albanians in Macedonia are given preference of employment because they are an ethnic minority. The Albanians in Macedonia have their own television and radio stations. The Albanians in Macedonia have their own newspapers, their own theatres. Many more facilities are being planned for ethnic Albanians in Macedonia, planned by Albanians in the Macedonian government. For Albanians to take the law into their own hands, not much is required, apparently. It happens persistently and repeatedly in Albania and everywhere else that this unruly band chooses to inflict itself upon, complains bitterly at the lawlessness and total lack of respect for normal human values demonstrated by these…people. There is an old proverb which states: Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are. NATO’s friends, being the Albanians, do not bring this organisation much credit and indeed, this proves that NATO has as much judgment capacity as a victim of Hannibal Lecter.
