Putin does not admit a possibility of establishment of federal districts government
Speaking at the conference of President’s inplenipotentiaries in federal districts, Vladimir Putin did not admit a possibility of establishment of federal districts government. Putin said that Presidential plenipotentiaries in the districts should not rule over federal government bodies, but they should control their activity.
