Vladimir Putin comes to an agreement with Kuchma about everything

The negotiations of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma took place. After the negotiations the Russian President declared that he had came to an agreement with Kuchma actually about everything, “Interfax” reports. As regards the gas question, the President remarked that Russia “understands that Ukraine is not able to completely pay for the supply of energy carriers at once.” “We agree with it, the difference between the abilities of Ukraine and the means it should pay must enter in the public debt of Ukraine”, said Putin. He also said, that Kuchma declared against approved bend of Russian gas from the territory of Ukraine.
