Presidents Of Russia And Ukraine To Meet Two Countries' Businessmen On December 14

The Presidents of Russia and Ukraine are due to meet the two countries' businessmen in the East Ukrainian city of Kharkov on December 14, said Russian Foreign minister Igor Ivanov, while speaking Thursday at the presentation of the Russia-Ukraine 1990-2000 collection of documents in Moscow. The minister said that the presentation was in fact the beginning of the Year of Ukraine in Russia launched by the initiative of the two countries' presidents and aimed at enhancing friendship and mutual understanding between the two brotherly peoples. "This is indeed a record of the Russian-Ukrainian relations," he said. "I believe that it will be continued."
