YUKOS releases 2002 financial figures

According to US GAAP, YUKOS net income in the period from January to September 2002 amounted to $2.007bn, which was 6.2 percent lower than in the corresponding period of last year, the company said in its consolidated report.

Sales proceeds and other operating revenues in the first nine months of 2002 were $7.949bn, which was 5.5 higher than in the corresponding period of 2001.

EBITDA in the reported period was $3.054bn compared to $3.277bn in the corresponding period of 2001.
