Moscow believes that investigators should return to the crash site of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donetsk region, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"I think investigators should go back there. Why don't they examine fragments of the plane? One can approach them, take pictures of them. By the nature of holes on the fuselage, wings, on the cockpit, specialists can probably understand, what kind of weapon was used to shoot at the aircraft," Lavrov said at a meeting with MGIMO students in Moscow.
"What we hear from briefings of the State Department, the White House, is first of all, the shortage of facts and unconvincing voices," Lavrov added.
The minister stressed out that Russia was ready for a dialogue with partners, but it was difficult to conduct a dialogue, when there are no facts.
