Vladimir Putin taught students how to save Russian roubles

On February 27 Vladimir Putin said at the meeting with students of Krasnoyarsk State University that Russia is aspiring for making Russian rouble hard currency.
"Recently our national currency has become stronger, and we will be working on turning rouble into hard currency", President said.
 
Vladimir Putin quoted the experts’ opinion that "the USA is deliberately decreasing the US dollar exchange rate". "Some people even predict further US dollar depreciation by 10-15 percent. This can have both advantages and disadvantages. It is hard to give precise prognoses for the US dollar exchange rate. Even the Head of US Federal Reserve System doesn’t know it and is not going to predict this rate”, ITAR-TASS and ForexPF.ru quoted the words of Russian President.

Vladimir Putting said the students of Siberian State University of Technologies that the best way of saving money in Russia is keeping them in roubles in deposit accounts, RIA-Novosti reported.
