Hollywood actor Brad Pitt was mobbed by a crazed and besotted female fan at the Venice Film Festival, who claimed she just wanted to give Pitt a hug.

When Brad and Angelina made their way down the red carpet to promote his film, "The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford," the woman, who had been waiting in the crowd, rushed through security and grabbed on to him.

An onlooker told a reporter, "Brad didn't look very happy about it all."

The woman was taken away by security, reports Monsters and Critics.

It is also another unfortunate incident for Pitt, who angered photographers by refusing to remove his sunglasses during a photo call at the Venice film festival, earning him the sobriquet "Pitt Bullo" in the Italian press. "Bullo" also means bully in Italian.

Also during the Venice Film Festival, Pitt admitted on Sunday he and Angelina Jolie are "ready" for another kid.

He did not indicate whether they planned another biological child or if they would adopt.

They are already adoptive parents to Cambodian Maddox, 5, Vietnamese Pax Thien, 3, Ethiopian Zahara Marley, 2, and are biological parents to 15-month-old Shiloh Nouvel, reports Xinhua.
