U.N. intervention to create international tribunal is illegal

Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah leader, rejected U.N. Security Council intervention to create international tribunal in former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri's assassination without receiving the country's approval.

"We consider that any resolution issued by the Security Council (on the tribunal) illegitimate and illegal and has no value because it violates the Lebanese national interest," he said in an interview with Iran's Arabic-language state television station, Al-Alam.
