Tallinn welcomes Finnish and Latvian foreign ministers

Together with Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, Tuomioja was also to host an international conference here on enhancing cross-border co-operation in Northern Europe, including Russia, the AP rports.

Latvian Foreign Minister Artis Pabriks, as well as top officials from Finland, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Sweden, and a representative of the European Commission were also taking part in the conference.
