India and Pakistan agree to a second bus across Kashmir

India and Pakistan agreed Wednesday to start a second bus route across divided Kashmir's heavily militarized frontier, along with a new truck service, officials said.

The agreement came at the end of two days of talks in New Delhi. The bus service is to begin in June, and the truck route should open in July, a joint statement from the two sides said.

India and Pakistan also exchanged lists of goods to be shipped in the trucks, and business leaders were to meet soon to work out the final details, the statement said, reports the AP.
