Woman who received world's first incomplete face transplant appears before media for first time

The woman who received the world's first partial face transplant appeared for the first time Monday before the media, saying "I now have a face like everyone else."

Isabelle Dinoire's speech was heavily slurred and difficult to understand but she explained how she was disfigured by a dog bite last year and she thanked the family of the donor who gave her new lips, a chin and nose, reports the AP.
