Alleged drug cartel financial operator worked for Mexico's central bank

A man who oversaw the billion dollar finances of a gang linked to the Juarez Cartel worked 15 years for &to=http://english.pravda.ru/comp/2002/06/20/30749.html' target=_blank>Mexico's central bank, the attorney general said in a newspaper report published Friday.

Daniel Cabeza de Vaca was quoted Mexico City's Reforma newspaper as saying that Rodolfo David Davila was a foreign-exchange manager at the Bank of Mexico before he resigned in 2003 to work for drug lord Ricardo "The Doctor" Garcia Urquiza.
