Palestinian Authority president, Mahmoud Abbas, says he will not run for reelection once his current three year term is over.
Abbas, 70, says "I will just complete my remaining three years in office. I could run again, I know that, but I can tell you that this will not happen."
"I will not run again. That is absolute," AHN quoted Abbas as saying.
Currently, Abbas is focused on dealing with Israeli Prime Minister Olmert, saying, "I have dealt with him and I know him well. He has his positions and his views but we will deal with him without any preconceptions."
