A governmental building in Madrid was evacuated Thursday because of a bomb threat, police said.
Police were searching the Finance Ministry building, which belongs to the ministry's tax collection service, a police official said.
The threat was received in a telephone call, the official said without giving more details. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because police dealing with media in Spain are barred from giving their names, reports the AP.
After it turned out that Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov included the Fonbet betting company in the list of backbone enterprises that can count on state support, everyone started talking about these bookmakers.
