Togo opposition wants the election results to be rejected

Togo's main opposition party has called on supporters to reject the results of presidential elections after the son of West African nation's longtime &to=http:// ' target=_blank>dictator was declared the winner. "We call on the people to resist," said Jean-Pierre Fabre, secretary-general of the Union of Forces for Change (UFC) party, said Tuesday.

Earlier, election officials said the ruling party leader, Faure Gnassingbe, had won Sunday's vote.
